Some designers/vendors were so nice and open to talk such as Maria Guerreia from Tara Gasparian Jewelry. Maria said that this was her first show but she loved it. Her booth has been busy she loved the crowd and she would defiantly come back next year. The jewelry she had was very nice and priced very well.
Now there were other vendors/designers that were just plain rude but here at The Bizness Magazine we don't gossip so we will leave that alone, but what I will say is sales is a people business and if you can't find yourself able to get along with and smile at all people maybe you need a new profession.
Back to fashion... there were many other awesome designs such as Rolo & Ale by Rolando Santana, Aando a great purse line, Joe's Core Denim for Men, Parker Smith, Trina Turk, Carolinakand one of The Biz favorites Suki & Solaine.
There were many other great designs at this trades how. The food provided was amazing, fresh and plentiful. The CALASF staff was very nice. We look forward to seeing how this trade show will grow.
This was a two day event and as I eased dropped and ask around most people were very satisfied with the outcome. I Buyers chatted over lunch as to what designs fit there stores as vendors discussed how delighted they were with the sales of the day.
CAlA happens also in Denver in April. To find out more follow them on Twitter or go to the website www.calashows.com
